Eric Gage is a sixth-generation Texan and an accomplished real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience serving the Houston real estate market and surrounding counties. Eric’s approach to real estate is shaped by a strong foundation in municipal government and economic development. In 2009, he was appointed City Manager of La Marque, Texas, following leadership roles with the City of La Marque and the City of Pearland. During his tenure, the City of La Marque was recognized with the Gold Leadership Circle Award by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for two consecutive years, reflecting excellence in financial transparency and management. This experience provided Eric with a sophisticated understanding of zoning, city codes, redevelopment, and complex negotiations—insight that continues to benefit his clients today.
He launched his real estate career in 2006 and later served as the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX CityView in Houston, where he led Gage Realty Group and mentored independent agents in their real estate careers. In addition to real estate, Eric is an independent luxury travel advisor with FORA Travel, applying the same advisory mindset to curated travel planning, specializing in cruises and international destinations.
